The hotel's location was perfect, close to both Quepos and Manuel Antonio National Park, surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff were very helpful and eager to assist with any questions we had. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options such as toast, eggs, and hot waffles.

The location here was great, it was within walking distance to the beach and downtown area, just a 20-minute walk away.

During my recent stay at Bongo, I was amazed by the beautiful surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. The wildlife, including monkeys and birds, added an extra touch of magic to my experience. The owner of the accommodation was incredibly kind and attentive, even going the extra mile to shield me from the rain with an umbrella. The room I stayed in was pristine, with clean towels and bed sheets that made me feel comfortable and at home. The breakfast served every day was delicious and varied, offering a range of options to suit everyone's tastes. I especially enjoyed the pancakes, toast with jam, scrambled eggs, fruits, coffee, and orange juice. The location of the hotel was ideal, and the pool was a wonderful place to relax. The staff members were excellent, always friendly and accommodating. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for some renovations and thin walls in the chalets, my overall experience at Bongo was superb. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Liked our VERY NICE stay at this hotel, recommend. Clean, good value venue, the location was comfy and unbeatable so close to beautiful nature, local beaches and center. The food was great and the staff were very helpful. The room was perfect and great-sized, included with AC to cope with the high temperatures, really hot showers.

We stayed 2 nights at this amazing place, enjoying the calm ambiance and beautiful surroundings. The staff was incredibly nice and eager to help, even going above and beyond by offering laundry service. The location was fantastic, with plenty of opportunities to see wildlife without leaving the hotel. The swimming pool was also a highlight, and the owner was the nicest person ever. We had a comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and unforgettable experiences with the attentive staff.

The difficulty in accessing the hotel, as it was situated on a hill and carrying luggage up was a challenge. The room furnishings and bathroom were a bit outdated, lacking modern amenities.
